I recently went to Nekocon this year and gave all my go boards to a NC Go club that had a panel there. They actually didn't want the stuff because they didn't want to haul it all back. The problem is, I'm getting stationed in Italy with my husband. I haven't done the anime/go club thing in a long time so I just wanted to get rid of the stuff.

This group will stay running and I hope it will continue to help you network and find other go players in the area.

Finally got together with someone from this Go club and it was awesome. We had three matches I think as well as us getting the opportunity to play against a very strong Korean kid. He trampled over us pretty quick of course because we are new and he was just overwhelmingly strong but it was a good learning experience no less. We are going to be in the Virginia Beach area in June for a few days and are wondering if there are any organized times where GO members will be playing. Our daughter has been teaching herself to play and would like to experience actually playing a game with someone else.
